Steven is an experienced integrative psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and stress. With a strong academic foundation, he earned his MSc in Psychotherapy from Strathclyde University, where he developed a comprehensive approach to mental health. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities, Steven tailors his sessions to each individual’s needs, offering a safe and supportive space to explore and address the root causes of emotional distress. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or battling depression, Steven is committed to helping you find lasting relief and build resilience.

I am a fully Psychotherapist qualified to Level 7 (Masters level). I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework.
