What to Expect
One-to-one Psychotherapy sessions with ‘The Journey’ combine the core conditions of the Person Centred Approach with other therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Gestalt and Psycho-dynamic approaches. This brings together the most effective aspects of each modality helping you make significant progress at a pace that suits you.
