Introductory Session

Your journey will begin with a 60 minute introductory session carried out via Zoom. This will will help you to get everything out on the table so that we can map out the path that lies ahead and the most effective approach for you.

Bespoke Therapy

I will identify the most suitable approach that will be most effective for you. The pathway will be decided based on the areas you would like to work on and where you are on your journey. This ensures you will be working towards your objectives and will make significant progress during our work together.

A Consistent Framework

To create a solid foundation I use a regular, consistent approach to help build stability both in your life and in your relationship with your therapist. With this in mind, therapy sessions take place at the same time and day each week.

Empathy

You will always be met with genuine empathy. I will empathise with your situation and point-of-view as you identify and explore your feelings and emotions.

Congruence

I will be congruent in sessions. The person you are working with will demonstrate their authentic reactions to what you share.

Unconditional Positive Regard

I will provide complete acceptance no matter what you share. This is your time, your journey and your feelings are always valid.
